fish4tomorrow’s mission is to help create a culture of sustainable fishing and seafood consumption in Malta and Gozo. Our research has shown that a large percentage of seafood is eaten in restaurants by locals and tourists alike. We therefore decided to create a series of events with some of Malta’s finest restaurants and give people the opportunity to taste local, fresh, seasonal and environmentally sustainable seafood prepared by some of the best chefs on the island. All our events featured fish4tomorrow (Quickfish) recommended seafood prepared in the style of the hosting restaurant.
Our first event at Rubino in Valletta was a success. We were sold out within less than two days and the response was fantastic.
