Caught:

Sole is usually caught with bottom trawls.

Availability:

Sole is found all year round.

Facts:

Sole is a nocturnal predator and therefore more susceptible to capture by fisheries at night than in daylight.

Our suggestion:

Since sole is caught using destructive fishing methods like trawling, fish for tomorrow recommends avoiding it.
